Make sure you are ready for the opening at the Klokgebouw, Strijp-S, Eindhoven, on Monday 27 November 9:00.
A few other practical issues:
· Come to the Klokgebouw in time. The coffee and tea are ready at 8.15 am.
· Make sure you have downloaded this app.
· Take your charged phone with you.
· Each group receives a power bank. It is lying in an envelope on the table where you find each other. Pay attention to the number of your group on the envelope!
· Put on comfortable clothes.
· Get as much as possible with public transport or bicycle.
· There are only a limited amount of seats at the opening and closing. These are primarily intended for people with reduced mobility, pregnant women and the elderly
· Provide an umbrella when it rains
· This app will guide you through the program.
· The program ends at about 5 p.m. There is a drink and snack until 6 p.m.
